Interim Manager

Les is a seasoned senior manager specialising in organisational performance and change. He will typically fulfil interim management assignments as a change leader, as an executive operating at or near director level or as a programme director of large, complex or difficult programmes. He has significant experience of organisational problem solving and turnaround.

Business Performance Consultant

Les has defined a highly effective method for diagnosis and remedy of organisational problems, the components of which are:
  • Establishing the right strategy to accommodate an uncertain future
  • Optimising the effectiveness of the organisation using simulation to identify the high leverage points
  • Maximising the profitability of products and services
  • Getting the highest contribution from employees
  • Helping you roll out lasting organisational change
